Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Service Delivery: Consult with guests to assess their needs and preferences Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, with skill and expertise.
- Provide explanations of treatments and services, addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain guest comfort, safety, and security throughout the service.
- Spa Environment & Operations:Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement, and adequate supplies.
- Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and equipment.Monitor and manage the stock of supplies and products.
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens and secure supplies at the end of each shift.
- Professional Conduct: Adhere to the spa's policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of current techniques and modalities in the field.Attend daily lineups, meetings, and events as required.
- Therapeutic Skills: Proficient in performing various spa treatments and techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and following procedures.
- Knowledge: A good understanding of anatomy, physiology, and relevant medical conditions.
