We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts and Inventory Executive to join our team at Ten-League Corporations Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be based in the Tuas Crescent Region and will play a crucial part in managing our inventory of spare parts and ensuring efficient operations.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee all spare parts related activities and stock management in warehouse.
- Coordinate with clients regarding direct/ indirect demands to ensure order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees in monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure stocks are adequate for all distribution channels in the warehouse.
- Handle customers’ enquiry/ feedback, follow up and provide quotation accordingly.
- Develop relationships with local and oversea vendors to evaluate, discuss, and analyse spare parts requirements.
- Create purchase order, delivery order, internal/ external billing, invoice and shipping document for any commercial transaction and logistics arrangement.
- Keep track on the spare parts shipments on every arranged schedules.
- Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager/ operation service team.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an inventory role, preferably in a heavy equipment industry.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset to identify and address inventory-related issues. Job Description:

Requirements:
