Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. DESIGNATION : Speech and Language Therapist (Paediatrics)

About THK Therapy Services (TS)
THK Therapy Services (TS) provides Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy to THKMC programmes and other community partners. We adopt a holistic, family-centred care approach by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
As part of a therapy hub, our therapists work with a wide range of client profiles and are deployed across different services based on organisational needs.
About the Role
We are seeking Speech and Language Therapists (Paediatrics) to join our allied health team. You will be supporting children with diverse speech, language, communication, and feeding needs in THK's range of paediatric-focused programmes, including early intervention programmes (e.g., EIPIC), Development Support and Learning Support (DS-LS), Children Therapy Spaces, and other initiatives.
Therapists may be deployed across various paediatric programmes depending on service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide tailored speech and language therapy interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
- Develop and implement Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs) or Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs), working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
- Deliver therapy through individual and/or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to support the child's development across home and school environments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to holistic care planning for children.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
- Passion for working with children in early intervention, developmental, or educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fresh graduates with suitable paediatric clinical experience are welcome to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in paediatric speech therapy is an advantage.
