What a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager does at Visa:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Market Support Center (Hub) Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the Southeast Asia Talent Acquisition team to achieve exceptional hiring results.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all business stakeholders to deliver an outstanding hiring experience for both managers and candidates, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.
  • Accountability: Serve as a senior talent advisor, bringing market knowledge and a strong understanding of our business, to influence hiring teams on recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Integrated Talent Agenda: Partner with HR Business Partners and the Talent Management team to execute an integrated talent strategy that supports our business goals.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify TA training opportunity areas and create scalable solutions to help improve and up-skill the broader recruiting team. Consistently analyze data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, and establish operational efficiencies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives, driving efforts to increase the diversity of our teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to Executive Management, influencing talent-related decision-making with actionable intelligence.
  • This role is ideal for someone with a blend of agency and in-house recruitment experience, who is highly consultative and enjoys making a strategic impact on business outcomes.

Projects you will be a part of:

  • Building strong business capability across Southeast Asia
  • Piloting new tools to streamline recruitment processes
  • Developing a strategic approach to candidate sourcing across Southeast Asia
  • Designing new and innovative recruitment processes

Qualifications


What you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in both an agency and in house environment
  • Proven leadership in developing and managing in-house recruitment teams, delivering end-to-end recruiting
  • Deep understanding of recruiting practices and trends across Southeast Asia; including ability to map the market, pipeline candidates and improve Visa’s position to hire top diverse talent
  • Consultative, strategic, and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder management
  • Strong focus on delivering the very best experience for our candidates
  • To be highly organised and structured in the way you approach your work

What will also help:

  • Experience working in a large multi-national environment
  • Experience recruiting within Sales, Consulting or Product Management
