Our Client is a established fertility clinic committed to providing advanced reproductive services through personalized care and innovative treatments. We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to become an integral part of our compassionate team!
Key Responsibilities
Fertility Services:
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinic and patient notes to the highest standard.
- Coordinate treatments tailored to meet individual patient needs.
- Record all actions promptly and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address patient needs, delivering appropriate care.
- Prepare the operating theatre (OT) for IVF procedures, including Oocyte Pick-Ups (OPUs) and Embryo Transfers (ETs).
Patient Care:
- Deliver exceptional care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Foster professional relationships with clinical staff to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Adhere to established protocols and maintain high standards of practice.
- Manage patient feedback and complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Operating Theatre (OT) , inpatient or outpatient setting
- Proficient in IV cannulation and Phlebotomy is preferred
- Valid BCLS certificate
- Strong administrative skills
