Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Utilisation of Management Reports (Bundling relevant information and its transparent presentation)
This affects projects, allocation decisions, and task forces, particularly: Ramp up and change projects or tasks with medium complexity. Complexity drivers include project size, project complexity class, expected revenue, customer, logistics route, frontend/backend technology, timeline, or the project role of the RSM (Ramp-up and Sample Manager). - OP Representation in the SDHB (System Development Handbook) product development teams between M3 (project release) and M8 (production release). This includes participation in milestone meetings and the independent and timely implementation of OP-relevant work packages(e.g., defining the entire supply chain within project requirements and ensuring production and delivery capability).
- Leading and Moderating International and Cross-Functional Product Ramp-up Teams
Between M8 and M10 (completion of ramp-up) with the goal of achieving a timely M10 and always ensuring delivery capability to the customer. This includes defining responsibilities and tracking measures and deadlines. In case of deviations, project goal achievement is ensured through analytical evaluation and countermeasures; if necessary, an escalation process is initiated. This involves coordinating the suitable time and addressees for escalation with the management. - Exercising an Interface Function
Between development, marketing, quality management, finance department, logistics, and global production sites. In case of production problems: assembling an interdisciplinary team and developing optimal solutions (if necessary, in consultation with management and/or project leadership). - Developing Ramp-up Scenarios and Monitoring Implementation
This includes defining yield, test time, and throughput time roadmaps in collaboration with the responsible parties. - Planning, Ordering, and Tracking Samples and Development Wafers
After M3, as well as clarifying technical details with the responsible factories.
Synchronizing Parallel Running Housing, Technology, and Product Milestone Projects - Leading the "DIV Change Team" as "DIV Change Project Leader"
According to the IFX change process. This includes organizing, convening, moderating, and following up on global team meetings with the goal of achieving a timely BCM9.1 (publication of customer information). This involves defining and tracking measures, responsibilities, and deadlines. In case of deviations: situation analysis and independent counter measures, and if necessary, initiating an escalation process in consultation with management. The work packages to be completed by Operations, including maintaining the change database, are to be completed independently and, if necessary, delegated to a corresponding position; however, the responsibility for timely completion remains with the Change Project Leader. - Synchronizing Frontend, Backend, and Product Changes In consultation with the responsible bodies of the business areas, as far as possible, to keep internal costs and efforts as low as possible and minimize the number of customer information (PCNs). Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in supply chain, sample and ramp-up mgmt
- Collaborative, proactive and self-initiative working style
- Excellent communication skills Skills in Microsoft Xls, ppt, outlook, tableau
