- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, RHS clusters, MSWs, polyclinics, corporates, unions, and community groups to support patient referrals and public health outreach.
- Coordinate and execute health screening events, talks, and awareness campaigns targeting at-risk or underserved communities.
- Identify patients and caregivers who may benefit from financial, clinical, or lifestyle-related support, and facilitate appropriate follow-up.
- Track, evaluate, and improve outreach effectiveness; maintain an up-to-date stakeholder engagement database.
- Support CSR projects, internal collaborations, and direct marketing or referral campaigns across various channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Healthcare, Social Work, Communications, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, or healthcare settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse groups.
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple events or initiatives simultaneously.
