Job Title: Back-of-House Operations Lead, Dishwasher
Location: South Singapore
Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
Up to $3,500++ (Includes OT, shift/night allowances + bonuses)
Sign-On Bonus: One-month salary (upon confirmation)
- Oversee and run daily stewarding operations smoothly
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Keep stock and equipment inventory organised and updated
- Plan and execute deep-cleaning schedules regularly
- Jump in to support your team when things get busy
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years in stewarding or back-of-house kitchen roles
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (F&B preferred)
- Knows how to manage cleaning systems and hygiene protocols
- Can handle rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
