Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies for partners and clients in areas of operations, business development, growth hacking and digital marketing.
- Manage, plan and oversee venture building consultancy projects.
- Drive venture building and digital transformation projects towards success.
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals.
- Contribute positively to the culture and motivation of the team.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Entreprenuership or equivalent
- Experience in a startup environment greatly preferred
- Able to operate independently
- Able to operate in an uncertain environment
- Able to analyse and breakdown complex situations into manageable tasks
- Strong project management skills and able to use relevant software (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Able to develop or improve work processes around software and productivity tools
- Open, collaborative and creative thinking and problem solving mindset.
