In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, managing inquiries, preparing offer letters and contracts, and supporting onboarding processes — all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to the School’s Policies.
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new students:
- Assist with the issuance of LOO, contract preparation, issuance and signing (including following up where contracts are not signed), and revisions (where applicable).
- Conduct student orientation sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for new students.
- Responsibility for the administration and execution of the student pass application process such as:
- schedule ICA appointments for STP issuance,
- accompany students for medical check-up, guide students through the completion of STP-related formalities.
- Monitor and track Student Pass applications and expiry dates.
- Collaborate with the Student Service Manager to maintain an accurate and up-todate admissions database.
- Support internal and statutory audits, and contribute to process reviews.
- Escalate any significant issues related to new student enrolment to the manager.
- Assist in purchasing and tracking of Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) coverage:
- Notify Finance of new contracts for FPS processing and invoicing.
- Payment check/ follow-up and payment verification (e.g.: Application Fee, Course Fee payment)
- Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting recording. Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Skills/ Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma
- Candidate with previous experience in Private Education Institution in managing Student Pass application will have an advantage
- Organisational skills, proactive, maintain positive and professional approach to work.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with parents, external stakeholders from China.
