Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries from prospective parents via email, phone, and walk-ins, providing accurate information.
- Support the full admissions process, including contracts, student pass applications, insurance, and database updates.
- Coordinate student transfers and liaise with Finance on tuition fees and agent commissions.
- Conduct student surveys and assist in reporting and analysis.
- Plan and conduct school tours, open houses, and promotional events.
- Work with agents to market the school and expand outreach locally and overseas.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and brochures.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in the education industry.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; marketing knowledge is a plus.
