Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Direct daily inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes for multiple customers.
- Ensure accurate stock segregation and compliance with customer-specific handling requirements.
- Implement and maintain a multi-client capable Warehouse Management System (WMS). Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, and storage utilization.
Resource & Space Optimization
- Plan warehouse layout, racking, and zones to meet multi-storage space requirements.
- Optimize manpower allocation across fluctuating workloads and customer demand.
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery schedules.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and admin teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and coach staff on best practices for multi-client operations.
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce occupational health and safety regulations, security, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs tailored for multi-client handling and confidentiality.
Financial & Reporting
- Manage warehouse budgets and control operational costs.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for management and customers.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management
Qualifications & Skills
- No formal Education or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with exposure to multi-client operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, preferably in multi-customer environments.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle peak season pressure and competing priorities across multiple client
