Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across the organization
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency at all manufacturing locations, leading cross-functional initiatives where necessary
- Assess and recommend automation tools to enhance accuracy in demand forecasting, order processing, and inventory control
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate supply chain data systems, ensuring real-time visibility and seamless information flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management protocols by proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
- Assist in scenario planning and risk mitigation efforts to enhance supply chain resilience against disruptions Perform any additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, procurement, or operation in manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar), data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and Excel
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics operations
- Familiarity with supply chain automation tools, digital transformation initiatives, and system integration Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
