- Work closely with the Customer, Project Manager and Technical Lead as part of project management team for project implementation.
- Lead the integration of System Infrastructure and Application Software teams, to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate, refine, and implement system architectures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Technical Leads, ensuring compliance, best standards, and alignment to strategic direction.
- Support resource planning such as allocation, role assignments, and skillset alignment across project phases.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring system solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and bottlenecks during the system development and deployment lifecycle.
- Communicate architecture-related updates to stakeholders, offering solutions to address system issues.
Requirements
- Proven track record in ICT implementation of systems architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and application integration across complex environments.
- Hands-on experience in managing IT systems including infrastructure, application platforms, deployment strategies, and lifecycle governance.
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams and providing guidance to technical leads.
- Prior experience in government projects will be a plus
