Location: Jurong East
- Project Planning and Execution
- Work with clients, software developers and stakeholders to understand system requirements and proposed solutions
- Involve in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
- Support operational systems to meet contractual Service Level Agreement
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational activities
- Identify & resolve any technical issues.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & VM environment
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Knowledge on VPN, firewall appliances, Cisco routers/switches
