Position Title: T24 Senior Developer

Certifications: Not mandatory but will be given preference
- Temenos T24 Certified Professional (TCP) – Functional or Technical (preferred)
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification (for Architects only)
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
- Cloud platform certifications (Azure/AWS) are advantageous for hybrid/cloud-based deployments
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced T24 Senior Developer to lead development efforts on T24 Core Banking modules. The role involves in-depth customization, performance tuning, and integration with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement T24 customizations and enhancements
- Lead technical discussions and ensure design alignment with business requirements
- Create and optimize complex routines, OFS services, enquiries, and reports
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Engage with testing and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of hands-on T24 development experience
- Strong command over modules like AA, Funds Transfer, Customer, Treasury, Lending, etc.
- Proficient in jBase, INFOBASIC, OFS, Enquiries, and Integration Frameworks
- Familiarity with TAFJ/TAFC and T24 architecture
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Pay: $7,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
