We are an established martial arts academy in Singapore, dedicated to nurturing students in both the physical and mental aspects of Taekwondo. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Time Taekwondo Coach with strong knowledge in Poomsae to join our team and develop students across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Taekwondo training sessions, focusing on both Poomsae and Kyorugi (sparring).
- Design and implement structured lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Train and prepare students for belt promotion tests, competitions, and demonstrations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and motivation in classes.
- Provide mentorship to students, encouraging values such as respect, perseverance, and self-confidence.
- Support in academy activities, events, and community outreach programs.Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1st Dan Black Belt (World Taekwondo/Kukkiwon Certified).
- Strong knowledge and performance skills in Poomsae (competition-level preferred).
- Prior experience as a coach/instructor is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (ability to speak other languages is a plus).
- Must be willing to relocate and work in Singapore.
- Passionate about teaching, motivating, and inspiring students.
