The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
