Our client is looking for a Technical Services that covers across the APAC region. You’ll guide teams, streamline daily operations, and support service quality. The role also involves budget planning, cross-functional alignment, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day activity across APAC service teams, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Support local service centers by setting high operational standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to align efforts with market needs.
- Improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies to boost service delivery.
- Monitor performance and track progress using clear benchmarks.
- Promote the use of technical support programs and reinforce their delivery across the region.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure local regulations are met.
- Build team capabilities through coaching and regular feedback.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 5 years in a leadership position within the technical or engineering field.
- Hands-on experience in providing on-site support.
- Previous work in medical devices or a closely related sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to handle competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Open to travel across APAC and occasionally to the global headquarters.
