Job Description:
- Own end-to-end delivery of both business and technical projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, break them into actionable work packages, and develop comprehensive project plans
- Lead weekly status meetings, track progress, document action items, and address project issues or ambiguities
- Identify task dependencies, risks, and resource constraints to ensure timely project delivery
- Work with PMs and Tech Leads to shape quarterly project plans and provide feedback on realistic execution strategies
- Continuously update and maintain the quarterly plan to reflect current progress and priorities
- Understand Developer and QA capabilities and collaborate with Tech Leads for effective resource allocation
- Support bug resolution during UAT and live testing phases
- Configure and maintain Jira boards and filters for clear task and issue visibility
- Evaluate and recommend optimal delivery approaches for each project
- Assess and adjust plans when unexpected projects or issues arise, negotiating timelines with PMs and Tech Leads as needed
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the project delivery process
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on project delivery status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in the full project delivery lifecycle for both business and technical projects
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering results
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Active listener with the ability to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement
- Quick to learn new concepts, tools, and processes; open to coaching and development
