- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on terminal equipment, such as bucket elevators, air slides,
compressors, and other mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troublesshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downntime and efficient
operations.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in safe and optimal working condition, making necessary repairs
and adjustments as required.
- Monitor and manage the flow of cement products within the terminal inclusive of ship receiving and bulk
loading to ensure efficient handling and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any issues that arise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
- Higher Nitec or Diploma holders in Electrical /Mechanical /Automation Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience a Technician in the cement terminal industry
- Forklift license or Welder certificate is a plus
- Abilty to work in a cement terminal environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying
temperatures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
