Telephone Surveyor (July-September)

Job Description

• Call interested participants for a 5-7min survey
• Listings will be provided
• Conduct surveys in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• To make calls in our office (at least 3 days a week) from 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri
• Start Immediately (Office location: 1 Commonwealth Lane, Singapore)

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Persistence
• Daily targets to be achieved
• Able to use simple Excel for updating of listings

Renumeration

• Hourly: $13
• Performance bonus for completed surveys above daily targets

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Freelance, Student job
Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:
