Job Description
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry
- Responsible for maintaining and updating customer account data
- Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
- Responsible for back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
- Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome
- Fast learner in computer systems
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must, ERP/CRM system is an advantage
- Able to multitask, organized and have a positive attitude
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment with minimum supervision
- Able to commence work immediately
- Duration: 3 months
- Working hours: 3 week days (8:30am - 6pm) with 1 hour lunch break
