Job Scope
- Operate machines to produce & pack solder paste products
- Prepare raw materials and follow mixing procedures
- Perform simple quality checks (e.g. viscosity, appearance)
- Maintain cleanliness & follow 5S/safety standards
- Assist in equipment maintenance & troubleshooting
- Record daily production data & report issues
Requirements
- No experience required (Training Provided)
- Basic English understanding
- Able to carry up to 20KG & stand for long hours
