JOB SUMMARY
To assist Credit Manager (CM) in all Accounts Receivable tasks daily.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer telephone calls in an efficient and discreet manner. Extend professional phone mannerism/etiquette and to promote strong and friendly bonding with account and inter department associates.
2. Update 3rd party voucher redemption tie up. Ensure that the vouchers and amount postings are accurate and correct.
3. Retrieve 3rd party Portal daily for all orderings.
4. Retrieve all online approved transactions daily and ensure postings are correctly done.
5. Post online payments received.
6. Sales postings – Daily balancing.
7. Reconcile 3rd party payment received against the revenue postings.
8. Reconcile online payment against postings.
9. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 'O' level is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willing to learn, independent with positive attitude
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
