Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Temporary IT Support Specialist for a 10-day backup role in Singapore. This role is critical to ensure smooth IT operations during the coverage period. The successful candidate will provide deskside IT support and coordinate with vendors to resolve IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot IT problems and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution
- Support A/V conference room technology and communications
- Perform hardware diagnostics and ensure maintenance is carried out as needed
- Ensure smooth and consistent IT operations throughout the coverage period
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of PCs, LAN/WAN, and A/V systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and ability to resolve IT issues efficiently
- Prior experience in corporate IT support preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under minimal supervision
