Position Description
The PPC Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the PPC team and the Production Department, ensuring efficient workflow by managing administrative tasks related to the task card process. This role is particularly crucial during the initial and final stages of heavy maintenance checks, contributing to the timely and successful completion of the work.

Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
As a planning assistant, you are responsible for providing daily support to both the planning department and the production department. Responsibilities are:
- Raising of cards in the ERP system
- Ensuring the correct setting of part due dates in the ERP system.
- Providing administrative support to the Production Department.
- Assisting Maintenance Planners with relevant tasks.
- Scanning completed task cards and supporting project archiving.
- Filing completed task cards to maintain accurate records.
Part B - Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Prior experience in accurate and efficient data entry
- Experience working with ERP systems is required
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a team environment
- Capable of working in an organized and detail-oriented manner
- Confidence in decision-making and clear communication
- Support-oriented mindset, with a willingness to assist where needed.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
