About Global Payment
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Our team dives into the quality and efficiency problems under the Global Payments product line, and continually solves quality and efficiency problems to ensure that Global Payments provides a highly reliable and stable service for our international products.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for playing a key role in executing a comprehensive, risk-based testing program to assess risks, business controls, and regulatory obligation adherence.
- Create and maintain regular reporting of testing results to provide transparency to the compliance risks
- Continuously track online and offline faults, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, test plan improvement, etc.;
- Excellent problem solving skills and closely collaborated with global teams and adopted flexible working hours
- Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline;
Understanding of fintech, e-commerce, cloud computing, operating systems, web technologies and enterprise security architecture.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python or equivalent coding languages.
- Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation
- Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
- Open minded, great communication, eager to learn, and always passionate about delivering the best user experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.
- Experience with payment related test development is a plus.
