Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of RF modules, components, and sub-systems using instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc.
- Carry out manual soldering and rework, including fine-pitch and small-size components (0402, QFNs, etc.) for debugging and repairs.
- Assist engineers in prototype validation, failure analysis, and production testing.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment and tools.
- Record and document test results accurately in internal systems.
- Support continuous improvement of test procedures and workflows. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 1 year in RF testing will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment.
- Basic knowledge of RF principles and measurement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with manual soldering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good working attitude.
- Fluent in English, conversated and written.
- Self-motivated & goal oriented.
- Work in a team environment and interface with all levels within the organization.
- Cultural Sensitivity.
- Willing to work overtime if needed.
