Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in timber formwork
- Proficient in measuring and cutting timber accurately
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in assembling timber formwork structures
- Experience in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of different types of timber and formwork materials
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Understanding of load-bearing and support principles
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Prior construction site experience preferred
