Job Responsibilities
- Deploy at the bus stop as a service ambassador to assist with boarding and alighting activities when necessary
- Ensure passengers join the correct queue line to board our buses at the respective timings
- Manage to fill up the official Log Sheet.
- Politely remind passengers of the no-eating/drinking policy on buses
- Ensure the bus stops and moves off safely at the location
- Oversee the smooth and timely arrival and departure of bus services.
Job Requirements
- Possess a minimum GCE N’ /O’ Levels or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in Operations is an advantage
- Able to perform split shift work.
- Able to converse in basic English & Chinese
- Ability to do simple Mathematics (Counting of passengers)
- Ability to make responsible decisions in unpredictable situations effectively.
