Responsibilities:
- Craft clean, user-friendly interfaces using Figma and other design tools, adhering to accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
- Translate user insights and feedback into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
- Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and CX strategists to implement and refine UI/UX solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design systems and visual language across multiple platforms.
- Assist in gathering user requirements through research and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Support the implementation of design updates through documentation and iteration.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design systems , responsive design, colour theory, accessibility (WCAG), and layout principles.
- Experience with usability testing and tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create elegant and user-friendly digital interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a mindset for continuous iteration.
- Bonus: Experience with public sector or transport-related projects.
