Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce UI/UX Technical Lead
to drive the design and development of user-centric interfaces on
the Salesforce platform. You will lead UI/UX strategy, design
thinking, and front-end development, ensuring exceptional user
experience and seamless functionality across Salesforce
solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom
Lightning apps.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX strategy and implementation on
Salesforce projects.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and
developers to gather and understand user requirements.
Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Salesforce
Lightning Design System (SLDS), LWC, and other modern
frameworks.
Develop reusable UI components using Lightning Web
Components (LWC) and Aura.
Drive UX research, prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
Enforce UX best practices and accessibility standards across
Salesforce solutions.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior designers and
developers on UI/UX principles and Salesforce front-end
development.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and
ensure performance and scalability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
