About the job:

In this role, you'll engage in user research, interviews, and surveys, translating insights into customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Seize the chance to collaborate with a diverse group of designers, researchers, and strategists in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Spearhead user experience initiatives across diverse project categories within the financial services sector, encompassing both design as well as Research/Discovery phases
- Coordinate and conduct workshops, leveraging the expertise of the design team for support
- Plan and run user research activities, collate and document the insights
- Implement and propose new innovative user-focused methodologies to frame problems and needs
- Actively question and refine the design process and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal results
- Commit to ongoing professional growth, enhancing abilities in UX Strategy, Design Research, Information Architecture/Interaction Design, Service Design, Product Development, and Thought Leadership
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile development methodologies
- Develop and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts with users
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's design systems and internal products
About you:
- Minimum of three years' experience in crafting solutions tailored for the financial services sector
- Highly proficient with Figma
- Proven track record working on comprehensive design projects, with a portfolio available for review
- In-depth knowledge of various design methodologies and their strategic implementation
- Experience in engaging directly with clients on projects
- Deep understanding designing complex web and mobile experiences
