Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, and developers to translate user requirements into interactive interfaces.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Deliver high quality visual designs on social media for operation purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Principle.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
