Are you a compassionate, motivated individual looking to grow your career in veterinary care? Our busy, friendly veterinary clinic is looking for a Veterinary Technician / Nurse who is passionate about animal health, enjoys working as part of a team, and excels in customer service.
About the Role:
In this entry-level position, you’ll have the opportunity to assist our veterinarians and senior technicians with animal care, as well as support our front-desk team with reception duties. This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn, versatile, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Animal handling and restraint
- Administering medications and basic care under supervision
- Maintaining clean and organized exam rooms and equipment
- Greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and updating patient records
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and works well with others
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with pet owners
- Can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Is comfortable with both animal care and customer service
- Previous experience in a clinic or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
