Job Responsibilities
- Set the educational tone and culture of the school, promoting academic excellence and a safe environment for students and staff.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the school’s mission and goals, using data to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of curricula that meet educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Ensure that teaching methods and materials are effective and up-to-date.
- Administrative support: assist the principal in managing daily operations of school. This includes coordinating curriculum development, overseeing school policies, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations
- Staff Management: involved in hiring, training and evaluating teachers
- Curriculum oversight: implementing and monitoring the school curriculum, ensuring educational standards are met and the students achieve academic success.
- Skills & Qualifications:should process strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Job requirement
- Minimum Degree in Education
- Professional command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- 3 - 5 years of teaching experience
- Over 2 years of management experience
- Demonstrates strong integrity and professionalism in all tasks
- Able to work on weekends
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high stress work environment
