Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end operations of social media accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for novels/short dramas, driving audience growth, exposure, traffic conversion, and business results.
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to execute daily and campaign-based content publishing.
- Partner with product teams to align social media strategies with user acquisition, IAP (In-App Purchase) optimization, and user activation goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (graphics/video content) across platforms to refine operational strategies.
- Track platform algorithm updates, incentive policies, and competitor activities to implement market-driven operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of global content trends (novels, comics, films, short dramas, etc.) with commitment to the content industry.
- Keen insight into overseas social media user behavior; adept at leveraging trending topics to drive engagement.
- Proficiency in basic design/editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent English literacy. Proficiency in any of the following is a plus: Japanese/Korean/Indonesian/Thai/Spanish/German/French/Portuguese/Arabic.
