Videographer / Video Editor
As a key member of our content team, you will report directly to the manager and be responsible for filming and editing engaging video content across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, supporting clients from a range of SME industries.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and on-location shoots, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Videography
- Capture high-quality video content in-office, on-site and at various event locations
- Operate a range of professional filming equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, gimbals and lighting setups
- Plan and execute shot compositions, lighting and audio in alignment with creative direction
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, music, color grading, and sound design
- Optimize videos for various digital formats and screen sizes
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create simple graphic assets, thumbnails, and social media ad creatives
- Assist in designing visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Understand brand guidelines and apply them consistently across visual deliverables
Project Coordination
- Maintain a well-organized library of raw footage, assets and final video files
- Manage multiple video and design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Communicate and collaborate with team to align with content objectives and brand tone
Key Requirements
Technical Skills
- No prior experience required, but must have demonstrable filming and editing skills with a strong willingness to learn
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Familiarity with using professional camera gear, lighting equipment, microphones, and editing peripherals
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Experience with using equipment such as tripods, sliders, ring lights, green screens, and audio recorders is a plus
Creative Skills
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, with attention to pacing, composition and narrative flow
- Able to frame engaging shots and apply creative direction to meet different content styles (corporate, lifestyle, social media, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production
