Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, proactively confirming order details, delivery schedules, and special requirements with customers.
- Generate, manage, and maintain all essential shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
- Perform regular data entry and system updates to ensure real-time precision in our inventory records and cycle counts.
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of daily operations.
- Compile and present clear, concise reports on daily activities, key metrics, and any operational challenges to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
