The Warehouse Assistant reports to the director. He/she ensures smooth day-to-day operations, meeting delivery timelines, maintaining inventory accuracy, controlling costs, handling customer feedback and driving continuous process improvement.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Ensuring smooth and timely execution of orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
2. Assist in the day-to-day operations within the warehouse department
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods movement, and stock levels in the system.
4. Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory control procedures.
5. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by director.
