Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform physical receiving functions materials from vendors/suppliers
- Ensure proper handling of products
- Carry out timely and accurate inventory transactions
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Description
1. Receiving and Unloading Goods
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Update inventory records and label goods
- Store products in designated warehouse locations
2. Inventory Management
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Organise and replenish stock as needed
- Report discrepancies or low stock levels
3. Picking and Packing Orders
- Pick items according to order lists
- Pack goods securely for shipping
- Ensure proper labelling and documentation
4. Shipping and Dispatch
- Prepare shipments and coordinate with delivery partners
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Go drop-off parcels
5. Crating and Uncrating
- Build crates for secure storage and transport
- Uncrate incoming shipments and inspect for damage
- Dispose of packaging materials properly
6. General Warehouse Maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents
- Assist in equipment maintenance if required
7 Customer Communication
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues related to warehouse operations
- Coordinate special packing or handling requests with customers
8 Other Duties (Depending on the Company)
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Assist in warehouse documentation and data entry
- Handle customer returns or damaged goods

- Able to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Highly motivated and self-driven team player
- Have a good time management skill, able to prioritize and handle multiple
tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Good physical skills as this position requires handling of heavy products
- Basic computer skills
- Able to handle and operate necessary tools (forklift, pallet jack, etc) and
accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
