We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, operating forklifts, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and correctly packaged.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and organizing products for easy access.
- Shipping and Receiving: Support the receiving and unloading of shipments, verifying product quantities, and updating inventory records.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to warehouse safety protocols and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards before packing and shipping.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Optional to have a valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, as needed.

Salary :
Warehouse Assistant (SGD 1800-1900)
Forklift Operator (SGD 2000-2100)
