Job Description:
- Carry out all general repairs included but not limited to battery jobs, part jobs, changing watch strap, and chronograph servicing
- Develop adequate tools or processes to correct issues that can arise during the repair process
- Carry out checks on the functioning of quartz and mechanical movements
- Quality control own work to ensure high quality standards are met
- Correct operation of machinery in accordance with safety procedures given
- Develop and maintain an in-depth current product and brand knowledge
- Maintain a clean and efficient space in personal and common work areas
- Comply with all policies and procedures, as well as departmental standards and methodology
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical assembly and/or watch repair quick-service experience
- Must possess excellent attention to detail as this position will require exceptional eye/hand coordination
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills to attend to customers' requests for repairs
- Familiarity with luxury watch brands (i.e. Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to self-start, work independently, maximize productivity and workflow
- Highly professional with heavy focus on quality of service
- Independent individual with good communication skills, reliable and trustworthy
