We’re seeking a warm, expressive and energetic educator to lead parent-accompanied toddler classes every Saturday. You’ll be guiding little ones (ages 12 to 35 months) through phonics-based learning in a creative, movement-rich setting — with their parents alongside.
This is ideal for educators with Speech & Drama backgrounds who love working with very young children and enjoy engaging both toddlers and adults.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct 1.5-hour phonics classes with accompanying parents (max: 8 toddlers + 8 adults)
- Facilitate early language learning through:
Music & movement
Sensory play
Storytelling
Art & craft activities - Attend training on our phonics methodology (provided)
- Create a fun, curious, and nurturing learning environment
Class Schedule:
Every Saturday:
- 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
(Must be able to commit to both time slots weekly)
What You’ll Need:
- Fluency in spoken English (neutral accent required)
- Prior experience in Speech & Drama, early years enrichment, or toddler group facilitation
- Confident, engaging, and child-friendly teaching style
- Minimum 1-year commitment
- Strong classroom presence and ability to manage both children and accompanying adults
Pay & Commitment:
- Hourly Rate: $60 – $80/hour (depending on experience)
- Approx. $180 – $240 per Saturday
- Consistent weekly schedule with long-term teaching continuity
