Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead the outlets to achieve Sales KPIs
- Partner with management team to develop and implement sales strategies and any other operations planning
- Guide and motivate sales team
- Ensure outlet’s operation is aligned with SOPs and Government regulations
- Manage sales team and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
- Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
- Lead the outlet staff in continuous learning and personal growth
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with other departments/outlets
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Good in leadership and daily operations planning.
- Posses a good sales initiative in selling and customer service.
