We’re expanding our reach and impact within the wellness sector, and seek an action-oriented Wellness Technology Trainer to develop our frontline team’s expertise in delivering tech-enhanced therapies like Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT), Cell Pro Treatment (CPT), and Far-Infrared Therapy (FIR).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wellness Technology Trainer to drive Therapist competency in technical operation and commercial effectiveness for our tech-enhanced therapies. This role uniquely combines technical training expertise with sales coaching to elevate the Therapists’ competencies in technical skills, patient engagement, treatment adoption, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Development

  • Design and deliver structured training programs on operating, troubleshooting and optimizing our health technologies.
  • Develop training materials (manuals, videos, case studies) to reinforce learning.
  • Stay updated on advancements in global health technology trends to ensure training relevance.

Technical & Commercial Skills Training

  • Train Therapists on technical skills for all tech-enhanced therapies.
  • Train Therapists on consultative selling, build capabilities to articulate treatment benefits persuasively and convert patient interests into sales.
  • Design and conduct role-plays to refine patient communication and conversion.

. Performance Monitoring & Support

  • Assess Therapists’ competencies via evaluations and on-floor coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify skill gaps and implement corrective training.
  • Establish a continual process to enable sustained competencies and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and confidence in technology application.

Patient-Centric Excellence

  • Equip Therapists to engage and enroll patients on treatment benefits, safety, and expected outcomes.
  • Train Therapists to prioritize patient well-being, and the ability to address patient concerns effectively
  • Foster trust and team rapport.

Key Skills & Competencies Required

Technical Expertise

  • Ability to master knowledge of tech-enhanced therapies, TCM principles, Health coaching, and Longevity healthcare.
  • Prior experience operating, troubleshooting or training in health / beauty / wellness tech systems preferred. E.g. Aesthetic treatments, Wellness devices, related diagnostic tools.

Training & Coaching

  • Proven ability to teach technical skills to diverse learners, with engaging and interactive training methods and in a hands-on, clinical setting.

Communication & Sales Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive selling skills and patient engagement techniques.
  • Customer-centric, Healthcare sales training experience is a plus.

Analytical & Adaptable

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to assess team performance and tailor training strategies accordingly.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in a training/coaching role, preferably in health tech, wellness, TCM or related fields.
  • Experience in training teams on wellness tech, aesthetic treatment devices, or related diagnostic tools.
  • Certification in training & development (e.g., ACLP, WSQ) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages is advantageous).
