About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Consultant with a strong background in Finance to join our client, a leading bank. This role is ideal for professionals with 23 years of experience in Workday Financials who are looking to grow their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Assist in system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 23 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials (not HR modules).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification in Financials (desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
