Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Workplace Safety and Health Management System
- Identify potential safety and health risks and conduct routine inspections & audits
- Advise and implement effective risk mitigation plans and safe work procedures
- Advise subcontractors and liaise with regulatory authorities regarding safety matters or any complaints/feedback
- Maintain safety documentation, including safety inspection reports and audit findings.
- Identify training needs and conduct safety training sessions
- Establish and review regularly WSHE plans (i.e. Fall Prevention Plan, Public Safety Plan, Lifting Plan etc.)
- Monitor and improve WSHE performance, including identifying unsafe conditions.
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Job Requirements:
- Must be registered WSHO with MOM.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering, Specialist Diploma in WSH or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001
- Able to work across all departments and functions.
- Knowledge of the construction industry activities
