Job Description
1. Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
2. Ensure operational compliance with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements at all times.
3. Liaise with authorities (e.g., MOM, WSHC) and ensure all documentation, permits, licenses related to workplace safety, health and environmental control required by authorities and management are kept in order.
4. Collaborate with relevant site personnel to plan, implement and maintain effective WSHE related work plans.
5. Conduct site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulation.
6. Supervise and amend to all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control.
7. Support projects, overseeing daily construction activities while ensuring the completion, safety and quality of all project follow-up actions.
8. Prepare and submit safety reports, incident/accident investigations, and risk assessments.
9. Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
10. To coordinate of daily toolbox meeting and upkeep the records.
11. Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc (If any)
12. Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Singapore building construction projects.
2. Possess valid WSHO (Workplace Safety & Health Officer) certification registered with MOM.
3. Strong knowledge of Singapore safety regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
4. Familiar with safe work procedures, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response protocols.
5. Self-driven and team player with good interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving License (preferred).
8. Short notice preferred.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
